Im not looking for smiling faces, I needed a part which they had in stock. However, after purchase, I found out that it was the wrong part but they couldn't return it because it is an "install" part. I mean, you sell parts, which are part of something else and need to be installed. Now I have a useless oven part that has nver been used and im out $170. Good policy

We will never order a thing from this store but we are tempted to go there just to put eyes on what awful kind of human was behind the voice on the phone. Save your sanity and shop elsewhere. Worst. Staff.

s	supras7 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order some parts over the phone with the Southside store was told no shipping charge if picked up, and parts accidentally arrived at this location . Talk to a employee there to get the parts transfered too the proper store and was told no problem. Called next day to confirm it was shipped out and a girl answers the phone saying they don't do that and can't do that and said the shipping charge is always charged regardless if its from out of province and I was told the wrong info and says "call center has no idea how it works"(website shows no charge for pick up maybe she has no idea of customer service). Being persistent of what I was told She found who I talked to the day before and magically have delivery service and got it shipped to Southside. Dealt with a lady at the Southside store and was very knowledgeable and kind, she fixed the shipping charge mistake with no issues.

I walked in holding an old bearing from my dryer, right away the gentlemen sitting updating knew my dryers model and the part number I needed. The store is clean, well lit and the service staff and very friendly.
