★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are still using the text to enter. This is bad customer service. Using the excuse that privacy is needed, jsut go to any bank and see the lineups. If the space is to small , make a waiting area, have some concerns for customers. I will go to Okotoks where they accept you even if you do not text.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment for road test. Had to step off d/t mandatory self isolation. Attempted to speak to a representative or leave a msg 2 days before the appointment. Was not possible because of Easter holiday closure. Was told that it was my problem that I couldn't reschedule / cancel the road test on time, coming up with examples of flat tire, missed MD appointment... etc. I am just asking myself: O'k, if mandatory isolation is not legit enough of an excuse than was it certainly my fold that the agency was closed over few days and no one was there to receive a call on time??!1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always been treated well here. Insurance isn't the most exciting thing to shop for but feel comfortable using their services. Jenn is awesome! All calls, emails and questions are answered quickly and professionally. Strongly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never go here again! Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by customer service. Definitely need new staff. The blonde receptionist is awful. She put a lean on my registration that cost me $30 to get corrected at a different registry.
Older man who does the driving tests is great though!
