We are a mother and daughter team, originally from the UK. Tracey has lived in Canada since September 2009, and also co-owns The British Banger Company in Okotoks. Rebecca arrived in December 2020 to study Butchery and Charcuterie Management at SAIT in Calgary. Together they decided to begin The British Teahouse.

You can also get some authentic British goods, including: - tea (duh) - the "creamier" (my opinion) english Cadbury milk chocolate (instead of the Hershey's version produced in ONT), - sodas that I have never seen before. So good that my roommates drank them up before I got a chance! While there my friend and I had the "Full English" which was excellent and filling (maybe a bit scanty on the mushrooms) but tons of meat nonetheless.

Our tray had sandwiches (seafood, ham, egg and cucumber) and sausages, Victoria sponge cake, carrot cake and two scones (one plain and one fruited) with clotted cream and jam. Everything was delicious. Will return to try their other menu items.

Rebecca and her team were amazing with their service, both in planning and coordinating, and in the amazing tea and food. We had a wonderful time, the food was spot on, and the extra candy, chocolate, and treats we bought after made it even better. We look forward to coming back again and again. Thank you!
