★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners of this restaurant are probably the kindest people I've met. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The food is authentic Mexican and really really good! Everything is always fresh-- plus the way the kitchen is laid out you can see them making your food from your table.
We have eaten in and ordered out multiple times and they are so consistent in their service that it makes it easy to order.
Really diverse menu too.

Portion sizes are small.
The tiny chip offering with the dollop of salsa was sad and it was like spice was dumped on the chips.
Given how many service staff were standing around they were inattentive. Margaritas for the price were very small and incredibly salty in the flavoring (not just the salted rim).
We drove in from Calgary as this place had good reviews but this restaurant wasn't worth the gas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here quite a few times since they opened. The burrito's for lunch are great. Everything else looks great, but the tacos though still need work. There small and not very filling for the price. They need more fillings for sure. I keep getting them once in a while hoping they change, but once you have had a moose and poncho or native tongues taco. This place is taco time level really for tacos.

I will be give a thousand of stars. Compared with others Mexican restaurants this is the best restaurant for me in Alberta. Thank you Mr Hector for all the suggestions and the services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of people speak of authentic Mexican cuisine and I have to say that is incorrect.
What I will add to that statement is that doesn't mean it isn't delicious. Rice and refried beans amazing. Tacos of all kinds were great. (Didn't love the cactus taco but if you like the taste of green pepper and the texture of Okra then you'll love it)
Would definitely go again but wouldn't make a special trip to high river just for dinner.
