She's quick to respond, with absolute professional details, and best of all she saves me $. In both home & auto. And she helped resolve a big headache that bugged me for quite a while -- finding an insurer for the exorbitant increase in condo deductible coverage for my rental property. I owe her a big thanks, this is a small token of appreciation.

The staff are SO friendly and so patient with in dealing with the changes to our insurance. The office is absolutely gorgeous and a pleasure to be in. Within the same day of contacting the company, Afshin V sent me an easy to fill form and I was presented with a list of options shortly after. Afshin took the time to go over each option with me and answered all my inquiries. I was able to make an educated decision and select the plan that aligned best with my needs. The rest (review of policy and payment) was also very easy as I was kept in the loop throughout the process, and he was easily accessible. I never thought I say this, but I had a good experience buying insurance.
