★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there a few times before and they used to be nice. It seems they have new owners/mgmt because they are now too busy helping rich people with their insurance policies. I suppose my business was not worth their time, so they rushed to get me out of there. It seems they like you better if you are a Chinese speaker with lots of $$$. Never going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After leaving the BCAA office down the block where the five employees with no other customers in the office were far too busy to attend to my auto insurance renewal, I was relieved that I was attended immediately when I arrived. The agent I was dealing with was professional, patient and very courteous. There was a glitch with my renewal that required two phone calls to ICBC. My agent was totally helpful and understanding. The problem was resolved and the rest of the transaction went smoothly. Thanks very much. Very deserving of compliments.
