★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is good. We have been clients for several years. Yesterday when we renewed our insurance, we were told a higher amount than specified on the phone. They said "seems a PC glitch from ICBC" we had to pay almost 40 cnd more but the guys will let us know if that "glitch" "money difference" could be refunded. Let's wait and see.
