So I got there at 5:40pm only to read "COVID hours 10 to 5:30pm"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think I lose money every day cause Mrs.Anne didn't want to do a simple thing. And so funny, she said ICBC is hard service, I said no, you were worse than ICBC. I've very regretted buying insurance from here.
I am a polite and friendly person, hope others same too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Live in that area since the 1980, got almost all auto insurance from them, none of the staff smile, first time do a transfer, the guy give me a dirty look and I don't think he know what he is doing, asking me all non sense question, finally he call ICBC help line to got my transfer done. Second time went in there and do another transfer, this time a lady with glasses, she said I need this and that support documents, I said to her nicely and said can you able to phone ICBC for me with my file and account number. she did and ICBC put her on hold, a second customer came in, and hanged up the phone and told me this is not gonna work and told me this and that again, so I told her I live around the area and I am not a guy just walk in and try to run a scram on a car transfer, I am here seeking for help to do a transfer and I walk out and she called me back because I was so pissed and I left my driver licence on her desk, she ran out after me and say she will help me, I grabbed my driver licence back and said no thank you. I came home and phone ICBC and told ICBC about this matter and ICBC said just go to other AUTOPLAN,
there are lots of them around my hood, and I went to S & S less then 5 mins away to got it done. Well! neighbors , go there at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Rystead Insurance for about a year now, ever since Reed has been there. And boy, are they ever better than the last 5 or 6 insurance agencies I have used.
When you call Reed at Rystead, he always follows up. He knows the stuff (he's had other insurance agencies before.) And he comes to you -- no standing around inside somewhere, exchanging droplets and other lovely biological specimens.
He has saved my wife and I all kinds of money...

They are always available to answer questions and follow up with reply or send mail for invoice. Other staff will take your call if your regular agent is not in office. They call to let you know the total cost of insurance to make sure you’re aware
