M	Miranda Ross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place if you're on the upper floors. Management is terrible to deal with! The man looks mean. A company who tries to get as much money as they can from you. They pinched our damage deposit away for wear and tear items. Minor scratches on the table top and charged $350 to replace it. Other than the property managers here, it's a good place to live!
V	Victor Waese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very comfortable place to live with a fantastic operating management team. Swimming pools. Park like grounds. Security monitored at night. Things get fixed promptly when you put in a requisition. Owners are professionals who care about their reputation.
R	Robin Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have lived here for several years. Well maintained, nice grounds. Large complex dating back to the 60s. Pools both indoor and outdoors, gym, library. Small strip mall on site, dentist, restaurant, drugstore, post office, insurance broker and others. Royal bank just left. 4 high rise towers and many 2 level buildings. A few town houses. 2 storey places slated to be torn down and replaced by towers. Underground parking and street parking. Prices good for Vancouver. On site security in evenings.
J	Joseph Hoang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING: Think twice before moving here! It is a very nice place with lots of green areas and pools. But the main manager Judy is really rude (talk to her if you want to check it out by yourself). In the last weeks we had at least 8 windows broken in the underground parking lot (where we pay a reasonable fee every month) and they don't even change the door locks or key fobs to (maybe) reduce our feeling that we are "parking our cars in the street". I had my car's windows broken and I basically had to fix everything by myself. Nothing changed and several other tenants had their car's windows broken after that. Last year we had various occurrences of apartments robbed, patio furniture being stolen just to mention some. In summary, look at last years "Vancouver Crime Heat Map" and decide if this is really the place for you. Not just to say only bad things, Eidan (if I spelled correctly), Rob and Nura are very nice staff people and they will try to help you with what is possible. There might be other as well that I don't know.

P	Pearl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are very spacious, well maintained apartments with night security and all the amenities. The management is so helpful and kind. Judy was very helpful in some tenant related issues that I faced. Rob is very helpful and kind as a property manager. I have no idea why people have left bad ratings here, maybe they haven't met the other dreadful property managers in Vancouver. This place is so nice and well kept with professional property management services.
M	Maya Ateeq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since moving to Vancouver from living in many countries for 10 years and living in several apartments (both agencies and individual owned), I thought that this would be a nice change. Lots of greenery, nice neighbors etc. Initially I thought that the management and organization of this agency was good since there was a comprehensive and lengthy rental agreement process (more than I've ever seen in my life). After living here for two years - I can say that the neighbors are great and the greenery is amazing. The management is not so great. I moved out a few months ago and have never recommended this place to anyone.
M	Marrakech Merzouga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racist and they 100% discriminate on applications I made a mistake of applying to a unite on this building, i submitted my application completely filled, i attached my bank statements which had more than enough fund to cover an entire year of rent, i submitted 10 years of references of the landlord and 5 days later , I got a call that my application was not approved. There is absolutely no reason to disapprove my application, not a drug user, not a drinker, not a smoker, not a criminal, not unemployed, just a complete BS. I have since learned from other people that they had the same experience and this place should be investigated. Please share your experiences as this bs need to stop in vancouver
