Breakfast here was a delight. The area isn’t very busy so parking was easy to find. Service was friendly and accommodating. My table ordered Dylan’s Breakfast, monster hash, and bennies. Portions were appropriate and everything tasted great! Only thing keeping it from a 5 star was the toast, it was a little over buttered and so became soggy but to each their own. If the toast was not served pre buttered I truly believe it would’ve been a near perfect experience. Tried the bottomless peach juice as it was talked about, wasn’t exactly what I pictured but went well with my food nonetheless. It was more like a fuzzy peach punch but it was refreshing and not too sweet. The environment is very down to earth and I could tell a lot of the clientele are long time customers. I would definitely come back in the future to try more of their expansive menu. The oft used terms “hidden gem” and “hole in the wall” are apt for Dylan’s.

Just had lunch here. Ordered the Classic Burger with fries. Burger patty tasted very basic hand formed house made patty, that's a good thing. Similar to Wally's Burger. Fries were good, but a little salty for my taste Only one staff running front of house, she was very good. She took orders sufficiently quick and even tried to get our order in before a large table ordered (as there was only three of us) so that we would not be waiting a long time. I applaud such consideration. Parking was a possibilty as not that busy, but street parking is available if none in parking lot I will definitely go agaiin and try brunch.

Whoa, I have never met people who actively become excited expressing enjoyment in denying service to others, while it may only be over a burger today, what about tomorrow? That being said even in a world where the complete disrespect of the belief's of others has become the norm, being praised. You still do not get to choose the consequences, only the decision that results in said consequences. Remember the guy you denied the burger to? that is the guy making the decision on who may be eligible for what level of care you may or may not receive as a result of the poor decision you made regarding medical interventions. Just remember it's only a burger.

Decent brunch place in langara garden. It's like a hole in the wall little gem in this neighborhood. Price is reasonable and food was good. Service was attentive. Just a little dated but I guess that's why the price is reasonable. Washroom is reasonably clean and so is the kitchen. Credit card friendly and parking was easy on Sunday morning.

Called ahead for pick up. Order was not ready. Even after they served 6 behind me 1st. My lunch came 10 mins late on my 30 break. My lunch was wrong because they added non menu stuff to it. They tried to refuse to give my money back until I read them their menu. When I was leaving they were saying I am not allowed back. So I called to see if I am allowed back as I work across the street, they were on and off about having me back. Then hung up on me twice. I don't understand. It's kinda mean. I guess they don't need customers as much as they need to be grumpy. Being the only non franchise for miles, its really too bad. Ohwell. Pack'n lunches

It's not like this is a cheap place to eat. Owner/cook could learn to keep a custome. I always order an omelet and a side of sausage. (Side $4.50) it comes with hash browns and toast. Being on keto I always tell them I don't want toast or hash browns and I am never looking for a reduction in the cost. All I ask is could I substitute it for 3 slices of tomatoe. Now the staff has been great about it but when the owner got wind of it she immediately put a stop to it and scolded the servers. She personally told me I'd have to pay $4.50 for 3 slices. "They cost money you know" I'd be interested to see the difference between hash browns & toast compared to half a tomatoe. It's gotta be pennies. Needless to say I won't be back after spending my $$ there 2 or 3 times a week. This place will probably shut down once the construction in the area is over.

Rude everytime I come into the cafe. My lunch breaks aren’t long. So I called at 10:30am to order once and was told it would take more than 30 mins. Also was very rude on the phone. Today Wouldn’t seat me even though I have my vaccine card and I.D and there were two tables open. Rude ladies

Been a long time since I’ve eaten here. I still enjoy the food and hope this local joint gets more exposure because they are awesome. Honestly reading the response to some of their critics on their reviews has just made my day even better.
