β β β β β Just completed an ICBC renewal via phone. Within 30 mins of sending an email, Mariel Operana, called me to walk through the process. Mariel was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. She had access to all my info and was also able to articulate the conveniences offered by Buntain such as renewal notices and other products offered. Very happy with their service.

β β β β β I decided to renew remotely this year as this service is now allowed for monthly payers. It was a really smooth process, a series of emails back and forth to confirm details and any policy changes. As it went along I was able get answers to my questions and Debbie gave me good suggestions on coverage. Very courteous and helpful service. I've been going to Buntain for all my insurance for a long time, and their service has always been excellent and professional, so I was not surprised:-)
