★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased home insurance from Olexander Polishchuk. He assured me I was covered for floods. When my house was flooded in November 2021, he was one of the first people I talked to inquiring about my coverage. He assured me I had flood coverage. After he sent out an adjuster who confirmed total loss of my belongings I was informed I actually didn’t have any flood coverage because I was living in a flood plain. To say I’m disappointed doesn’t come close to expressing how I feel. I lost everything and Olexander had the nerve to be disrespectful and rude to me as soon as I called him on his lies. Do NOT do business with him.
