I bought Britax car seat during the 15% sale. First time, I received a call to pick up my car seat but informing that the box was damaged. After checking the box (almost falling apart), I was worried that the actual car seat was dropped (as the plastics cover was also scuffed). I asked for a new car seat, and had to advocated repeatedly. That was the first time I felt uncomfortable by WCK's customer service. Waited 4 weeks and finally got to pick up the replacement seat. The store clerk phoned the warehouse guy asking "is it a new box?" I felt weird about his question but brushed off my gut feeling. At the warehouse, I saw that the box looked intact and the manufacture date showed Feb 2021. I trusted them it was a new seat, so I took it home. Today I unboxed the seat and discovered the manufacture date showed "Dec 2020" on the actual seat. Now remembering the clerk asking the warehouse guy if "it was a new box", I felt betrayed "could WCK put an older seat into a NEW box?" Where is their integrity?

Honestly shocking how bad the customer service was here. Some of the staff is genuinely nice and helpful, but overall this was my experience: My wife and I spent quite a bit of money on a Stroller + Car seat (that we could have bought elsewhere) because a deal came up where you get a $100 gift card when you buy both together. Just under 2 months later, I haven't received the gift card. I've called several times, sent an e-mail, and asked about it in store. Each time I've been told they'll get right back to me, and each time I haven't received any response. The car seat we bought in that deal had to be ordered in, which was fine. After a few weeks, I called to ask if they could give me a rough estimate about when the car seat would arrive, because I wanted to make sure it would be here in time in case the baby arrived early. As usual, they couldn't tell me at that time and I didn't get a call back with an update after they said they'd do so. Fast forward another few weeks: we're in the store looking for something else, so I ask again about the car seat in person. After having to wait for about 30 minutes, it turns out the car seat was already there. I think we're just going to be shopping elsewhere from now on to avoid the headache.

Pauline and Junior (owner) both provided outstanding customer service. Pauline was so wonderful to us that we drove to the store to purchase more items rather than just ordering online. Pauline has excellent knowledge and is definitely a go to at this location. She provided all the information we needed without at all being pushy. She is an excellent resource for everything baby. Junior, also went out of his way to ensure I was looked after and had an excellent experience shopping at his location. I have been to many other locations, but this one is the only one that has provided this level of customer care and service. Worth the drive if it is not the closest location to you.

We visited West Coast Kids on Main Street, Vancouver today just to browse and look at a few options for strollers and infant car seats. The store is beautiful and the staff so helpful. We have to especially mention Madelyn- she came and helped us the moment we entered the store and took her time explaining in detail each and every stroller to us. She was so attentive and knowledgeable. Excellent service from her. We will definitely be returning. Thanks

My husband and I visited West Coast Kids a few times when looking for a stroller and car seat. As first time parents we wanted to make sure we understood the options and made the right choice. Each time we went in, the sales associate Josh was extremely helpful and patient. He talked us through the different options and made great recommendations. I also love the store’s selection offering everything from strollers and car seats to clothes and toys making it an efficient one stop shop.

The customer service I received from Pauline at the Main Street location was hands down the best customer service experience I have had in my life!!! She efficiently demonstrated every useful feature of the car seat and bassinet we were considering, and showed us other options that were good economical and space-saving choices. She went way above and beyond in getting us measurements, showing us colour choices, checking that items were in stock, and providing slips to speed through checkout. Absolutely 5 gold star service! Thank you so much!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I visited this store for the first time and we were really impressed with the store layout and organization of their products. But even more impressive was their customer service. We were greeted by Christina who was very helpful. I had called a few days in advance looking for a product and she had it ready to go and set aside for us when we arrived. Her and the other staff also helped us understand more about other products and we felt very well taken care of as customers. If you’re about to be come a parent and don’t know where to start, I would recommend starting at this store.

The customer service from West Coast Kids was second to none. The team pulled together the most gorgeous hamper as a gift for an expectant colleague - hand-selecting a number of both useful and cute items, and packaging them all up beautifully! As I was unable to go to the store in person, they kept me updated throughout, calling to see about item preferences and even emailing photographs to check we were happy with their selections. They were mindful of our budget and did an incredible job. I would like to give a special mention to Ben for the excellent communication, his enthusiasm and for being an all-around absolute pleasure! We will definitely be back. Thanks so much everyone!
