★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had the pleasure of having Dorothy be my insurance agent for the past 5 years, and she has always gone above and beyond to make sure I get my insurance renewed on time, reminding me each year before it expires. I particularly like that she is willing to be mobile with her customers, as I do not always have the convenience to go to an actual insurance office. She has done my renewals at my home, work, and everywhere in between, which is why I would recommend her to anyone looking for a detail oriented, organised, and knowledgeable insurance agent.

Came here to explore my options for car insurance on a car I was trying to sell. Was ready to buy annual but they steered me towards storage coverage supplemented by daily temp permits.
Staff was extremely knowledgeable and ensured I had the best coverage and got the best price.
Very impressed by their level of service.

After being told by another insurance broker that I’d need to wait 4 days to book an appointment to register my out of province car, I called Vina and they graciously allowed me to come in without delay less than 1 hour before closing. The ladies who helped me were so kind and helpful, I felt like I was being helped by family. Best of all I had my car registered in minutes. Needless to say I will be going to Vina for all my insurance needs in the future!
