★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service don't even look at you. They Insured my vehicle for the wrong days. Told the guy 4 times the dates. My fault for thinking they know what there doing. Triple check there work if you use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, the normal expected service from an autoplan! The good thing is they are open during the weekend. It wasn't crowded and I hadn't to wait. On top of that the guy working there gave me some valuable advice about submitting claims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste your time here if you just bought a house and you need house insurance in order to complete your completion date. They left me high and dry when I told them it's very urgent that this gets completed on date or I will lose my house and seller can back out during this hot market if I don’t complete on time. The guy dealing with my file takes days off then just leaves my file open and doesn’t even call back or reply to emails. Poor customer service!!!!
