★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to have an appointment to visit the branch. They are hard to get and I am not sure why when there are lots of agents just sitting at desks. I went and bought optional car insurance. I am not sure why the process takes so long, as I already had a quote. As an FYI BCAA offered the best replacement rate for my Belair Insurance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What do I think ? Well how wonderful of you to ask ! I spoke earlier this week with Monica about different options for renewing my insurance. She was so helpful I decided to not just to do my extended car insurance with BCAA, but to come in on Saturday (today) to renew both my basic ICBC and BCAA for my extended insurance together ! On site I had the exceptional service levels offered to me by Yong. Painless from start to finish - in and out in barely 20 minutes. I know where I am going next year to renew my insurance again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been BCAA members for quite a long time and we bundle home and car insurance to get a further discount..the important feature is the exceptional customer service and my customer experience.. we have used roadside assistance for help with difficulty with our automobile problems..just today I renewed my car policy and the BCAA representative was excellent in my customer service renewal application… this quality service has been present each year when I renew my automobile insurance..

Emily S. helped me out + was awesome; she managed to save me a good chunk of money and made the whole process really easy. The location has a couple parking spaces in the back so you don’t have to find/pay for street parking.
