â â â â â We have gone to this clinic many times for treatment for the entire family and each time we were seen on time. The staff is kind, professional, and very competent. Dr Rizk specifically, diagnosed me correctly when another clinic had told me I had «nothing». He caught it right on time, which saved me from longer treatments and operations. I trust them fully and highly recommend them.

How nice to find this place and avoid 2 hours of west end traffic for a 30 minute appointment. Thank you the excellent service. Recommend for sure.

â â â â â This is by far the best clinic I have ever been to. I had an ultrasound done there. There was no delays for my appointment. The staff was very professional and kind as I was very stressed. Dr. Fadi Rizk completed the report and forwarded to my doctor in a timely manner. The results were accurate and it the recommendation made saved me months of pain. I have already referred this clinic and my referrals were also happy about the service.

â â â â â I am not at all impressed with this clinic. I had an appointment for an abdominal/pelvic ultrasound and a radio x. Fortunately when I passed the ultrasound I asked the technician if he will do the pelvic as well. He said I don't have a pelvic ultrasound. I asked him to check and he saw I was right. If I wouldn't have asked they would forget to do it. Then they told me I don't have an appointment for the radio x and I need to do the line as I don't have an appointment, even if my prescription was for both ultra and radio x. In the end they gave me the appointment right away so I didn't wait more, but still a little bit scary as organization. And last, since my doctor retired I asked them to give me a copy of the results. They didn't want , they said they will only give it to me after 30 days, even if all the other places I did ultrasounds it gives you a copy in a few days. Even worst they don't put the results on carnet sante or dosier sante so if go to a doctor to see the results they can't see it. In these days when it's so hard to see a doctor, this kind of service is a no go for me.
This is a comment added related to the response from the clinic.
Main problem with your process is that you don't post the results on the dosier sante. The doctor tried to look at it and it was not there, and your clinic confirm that you don't put the results on dosier sante. I know once they are there you need to wait 30 days but you don't even post them for doctors. Also , it is true you need to send the results first to the doctor, but then you can send it to the patient as well. There is no rule to wait 30 days for the clinic to send the results to the patient. I had results from other clinics after a week or max 10 days, so check your facts.

â â â â â Overall the best medical experience Ive had my whole life. 4 months of pain investigation done elsewhere couldnt find my problem until I had my ultrasound done at Radiomedic. they found a small stone blocking my bile. Now removed and fully recovered !
Their whole staff are so comforting and nice.

â â â â â I wanted to express how wonderful and helpful the women at the front desk are. It's a very clean clinic, which run smoothly and efficiently.
I forgot to bring my requisition with me, which would normally be a problem anywhere. Luckily I pulled it up on my phone and the woman printed it for my file. That's going above normal duties, as these woman are very busy. The Technician and Doctor who saw me were so pleasant and thorough, explaining details of the ultrasound and cortisone injection. I'm so happy and now pain free. I highly recommend Polyclinique Levasseur Langelier!
