★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this cellphone repair shop. Took a leap of faith from the google reviews to fix my Note 8 which kept turning off for no reason. These fine people diagnosised and repaired it within 3 hours for a reasonable price. Dont think twice, go here if you have a cellphone issue. Thank you very much for your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! Hafiz is the best. He seems to know how to fix almost anything wrong with a smartphone or computer, and charges very reasonably for his services. I often end up cracking the protective tempered glass sheet on my phone, and I have never gotten quicker service for a better price in getting that replaced in all my years in Toronto. I will definitely bring my smartphones and computers here in the future when they need service. Professional, fast, and quality service is the name of the game at this place, and I will keep recommending my friends to go here to get stuff fixed, quick! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my husband’s Samsung phone here. After 3 visits, the phone still doesn’t work and they’ve charged nearly $100.
In the first visit they charged $37 to tighten screws in the phone and said that was the reason it was turning off!!!!!
They changed the battery, charged for labour and the battery and then when we discovered elsewhere that the battery was not the problem they refused to refund anything.
Scammers. Rude. Were condescending and kept speaking a different language to each other while arguing with me!

Walked in, got a quote for $200(Better than many shops! No names mentioned), ordered a screen still repaired in 2-3 business days.
- Phone looks pristine and even better function than day one of ownership
- Fixed something that wasn't requested without any extra cost! (What actual shops that love their audience should do! Again no names mentioned)
- Guy looks like he loves his trade so for sure you get top notch service
- For sure I will pop by again

Just popped in today to have my iPhone XR screen fixed after I dropped it. I called the number on this page and was directed to a fellow who gave me a quote for $100-120. It was 15 minutes before closing, so I called the Bloor location specifically (from the number on their store’s sign) to ask if they would be willing to take on a repair that late in the day. The woman who answered informed me that it would cost $120-150 (considerably more than I had been originally quoted) and that one of the employees would stay behind after hours to fix my screen, which I really appreciated. The repair ended up running me $135, but the service was very quick and I had my phone back within 20 minutes - he showed me my screen, I typed in my password, and all looked perfect. That being said, when I returned home, I realized that my touchscreen no longer works and that in order to get my phone to turn on, I have to reboot my phone every. single. time. I want to use it. The service was good, but I will be returning tomorrow to tell them there was a problem. They did not provide a receipt so they will be doing this on their honour. I will report back with an updated review after I see how tomorrow goes.
