★ ★ ★ ★ ★ always loved quattro, new upgrades in favourite room are not good, the prior darker tile and carpet that were removed made the room warm, inviting and more like home. The new tile is too light, cold feeling and cheap looking more like all the other cheaper hotels out there that i 'don't' stay in. This trip also saw a couple unclean areas in the room that didn't change while i was there from the previous guest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is very large but quiet. The rooms are excellent with amenities (black out shades, lots of plugs etc.)
The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. Loved him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms seems renovated, the breakfast is hot breakfast. The front desk receptionists are generally good with the exception of the old "blonded-hair" lady with glasses; she has to work on her attitude when communicating with guests. The hot tub is hoarded and out of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Best in the block. Went to grab breakfast , greeted staff( 2 ladies) they ignored me and gossiped while I grabbed coffee an croissant. Narrow shower. But clean and best hotel in the area. Negative: Unfriendly staff. I have booked there before on at least 3 other locations . A lady hotel employee is always very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great size main floor suites. Clean and spacious. The pool and court yard are great. Daily free breakfast is repetitive nothing changes after a week stay it was hard to be creative. Starbucks across the street was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good hotel with friendly staff. I found my room to be a very nice size and well designed and pretty modern. The hotel is somewhat more spread out than I expected - I had a long walk to get to the elevators of the tower section.
The hotel is situated on a busy street bordering a motel and a bowling alley among other things but then I wasn't there for the ambiance.
I was somewhat surprised at the selection of cable channels - many channels missing that I had expected to see and a few good channels that I hadn't expected to see.
Breakfast was included and it was probably the best breakfast I've had at a North American hotel (but still substantially lags those I've had in Europe).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were helpful but not very friendly or welcoming at all. I booked this hotel because of the decent reviews and services and none of these services were available to us at the time. The pool, hot tub and sauna were closed which was probably due to Covid but was not mentioned on the website and that did have an impact on my choice of stay. It may have been our fault for not reserving spots earlier but upon arrival we attempted to book a spa appointment… no availability over our 4 day stay.. tried the restaurant next, no availability there either. We were glad we could at least enjoy complimentary breakfast but even that was soggy and not good. We also noticed a large amount of ants all over the bathroom floor in our room which just topped it all off for me. So gross. Just not what I was expecting at all, paid over $500 for our stay.. just expected a lot more professionalism to say the least.
