l	lisa krause on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was very clean and bright. I have a bulging disc in my neck and botched back surgery with a bulging disc in the middle of the fusion. So hotel beds are usually so horrible. Not the Delta. This hotel has the most comfortable beds.
J	Joan Folkes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful Hotel right on the water and across the border from Michigan. From your your room you can see the bridge lit up at night in red, white and blue. The rooms are clean and pet friendly. The staff was amazingly accommodating as we arrived 10pm 3 people and two small dogs. The breakfast was delicious and provided a good start for the long drive home. Would for sure stay here again.

My bag was rifled through beds were stripped but housekeeping said they didn't enter the room. I didn't strip the beds. Shower curtain pulled back behind the door handle. I didn't do that either. ? I was told it was common housekeeping practice but no housekeeper entered my room. Beware people.

From the moment we arrived, Terri (#1 employee in my opinion) was an absolute joy to have take care of us! She put up with our rowdy kids, and let’s be real, our rowdy parents as well, in the best way possible! She was always there, always answered all of our questions, and just to chat with us! She is the real MVP of that hotel, and because of her we will absolutely be back every year that we attend that tournament! Thanks so much for an amazing weekend. Laura and Tim
S	Shannon M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time here on our staycation, pool is nice and big (but a little chilly), great jacuzzi and a nice workout area. The service was super friendly and the rooms were nice and clean, only weird thing was no charging ports near the bed, and the one built into the desk was super slow. Kinda surprised there is no continental breakfast, but maybe that's because of the restaurant and the Starbucks. We would definitely stay there again!
S	Steph H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked room weeks in advance, called to confirm post online booking to confirm reservation, called again 2 days before to confirm that our room and adjoining preferences were confirmed and could be accommodated. We were there to celebrate my girls birthday with swimming and a sleepover. Got there AFTER the check in time, confirmed we had an adjoining room, was told room wasn't ready, waited ONE HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES for our room to be "cleaned". I checked with the desk clerk 6 times for an update, standing in the lobby with 8 people, every time we were told the same thing that the room wasn't ready. In the meantime the hotel checked in an entire hockey team and chunks of conference guests. At the 1.5 hour mark the front desk told us they could give us 2 rooms on the same floor, not adjoining, not even next to eachother. I explained again that it's for a child's birthday and putting a handful of kids in a room with no supervision is a terrible idea and unacceptable. So we waited some more. In the end, after waiting whatever rooms they were going to offer didn't come through, sticking with the same 2 rooms on the same floor narrative. Still not okay to leave children unattended or cram 8 people in a 4 people room. We ended up leaving and having to plan a birthday on the fly for 2 little girls who were promised and excited for a pool party. The Delta told me they wouldn't charge me for the rooms I didn't get.. gee thanks.
C	Cassandra McKay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in the area looking for a place to stay I highly recommend the delta. Many rooms have a beautiful view of the river. The best part is this hotel is very pet friendly. Offering all rooms to you and your pet, unlike most places that only have a couple, typically not the nicest rooms, set aside. It was the best place we've stayed with our two small dogs. The hotel is right on the waterfront boardwalk, so plenty of space to walk the dogs or yourself. The pool and hot tub are open and after a day of skiing a great place to treat your sore muscles. With a Starbucks and The View, a delicious restaurant, on site you can't go wrong. To top it all off the staff are absolutely lovely. We will be back.
