★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean well kept place. Back patio needs to be cleared of snow all the time you will thaw and freeze the run off makes ice. I enjoyed my stay ? great continental sweet for Sure. Well thank for the great stay.later

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite and clean with a comfortable nights stay. Any concerns were addressed when requested. Patio window created a very cool room- but heater compensated with some additional noise. No loyalty points were added to the room and wrong phone number was attached. Manager claimed system was down and she was unable to access the loyalty number. I proceeded to reboot my computer to give to her. No offer on her part to take my info and confirm later that points were added.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driving home to southwestern Ontario from Saskatchewan I slept for 3 hours in my truck the first night , which was brutal. I landed in Sault Ste Marie and got a room at the Comfort Inn. Got up the next morning and had no desire to go anywhere . Sooo I book another night and relaxed. Staff was super friendly , breakfast was great and I loved the room. I also liked the fact that my truck was just outside the patio door. I've stayed here once before and whenever I do the drive again I will definately be staying here ❣️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful during my stay. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. I liked having a room with no carpet, regardless of whether I have my dog with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, service and clean rooms. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. I ordered food from a local restaurant and they didn’t include ketchup and the hotel staff went out of their way to give me some with my fries. Thank you! The take away breakfast was filling and consisted of a balance diet. They are following covid protocols and I felt safe here. They even gave recommendations on the sites and how to get downtown.
