S	Sparkie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 3 nights as part of a relaxing getaway and to go on the Agawa Canyon train to see fall colours. The hotel was in a good location, central to most shopping, 5 minutes on foot to restaurants and easy walking distance to the main attraction. The hotel lived up to its reputation of being a clean and comfortable place to stay. We were in a king room that had a tight layout. Hard to close the bathroom door and the room had an extra wardrobe which could have been switched out in favour of a comfy 2nd chair and a smaller desk would have been plenty. Appreciated the microwave and thankful for the Keurig which is standard now and sure beats the old coffee machines. With a fridge in the room it would be nice to have creamers instead of milk powder but you can grab some milk form the restaurant in the morning if you prefer and Timmies is 2 blocks away.

Great service and room with good location. Just what we needed for a few hours, thank you for the great value and experience.
S	Steve Duford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The value for this place is very good. The free breakfast, parking, pool, hot tub, sauna, and filtered water cooler are all pluses that I appreciate and use. The style is nice and modern, although it is showing some wear and tear. I am okay with the maintenance issues because it is clean and a comfortable place to stay for a good price compared to some other places I stayed at.

Thank you so much for always going above and beyond to ensure our stay is always a five star experience! Staff is so personable and welcoming! When Marilyn saw one of my special friends struggling at breakfast she even made him bacon! Anyone who has experienced selective eating with an Autistic child will appreciate how huge this is! From front desk to housekeeping there is not one staff at this hotel that isn’t wonderful!
e	etronica19 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having stayed in many HIEs around the world and in Canada around the world this was probably the most disappointing stay and overall not good value for the price paid. Let's start with the positive: The location worked well for us, the breakfast was good and requests were promptly dealt with. Neutral: There are chargers for Tesla EVs, why not add a plugs for non-Tesla EVs? With one exception staff did not wear masks. To be fair, they were not obliged to do so at the time of our stay, but it seems personal preference and comfort of management / staff is more important at this hotel than potential discomfort of guests. The bad: The air-conditioning unit in the room was extremely noisy, audible even with earplugs. Someone from maintenance looked at it and claimed it was normal. If that is indeed the case, please look for another hotel if you are a light sleeper. $5/night for parking? This is just annoying - other hotels nearby don't charge for parking, so why here?

Mary and her crew put out a wonderful breakfast and was able to accommodate my picky eaters in my family. Definitely staying here again. P.s there is a free washer and dryer plus a very nice pool! How can you beat that

They certainly go above and beyond for their visitors! The hotel is located right near so many amenities. Decent parking. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely going to be my go to hotel!

Mini fridge didn’t work which was a bit of a pain as we had some left overs from dinner we needed to keep cold over night. Staff was happy to hold our food in the kitchen fridges overnight and even offered to switch us to a new room with a working fridge if we wanted. Have to pay $5 a night for parking even as a checked in guest which I found odd. Comfy bed and nice pillows!
