About Hello Cannabis Sault Ste Marie

We are a licensed cannabis retail company with store locations across Ontario. As a pioneering store in the new legal market, our goal is to set a standard for cannabis retail that inspires the acceptance of cannabis in our community. Our hope is that by redefining the experience of purchasing cannabis, we can help dissolve the negative stigma associated with cannabis.

To do this, we are doing two things. First, we are building an in store atmosphere around the tenets of positivity, openness and education. Simply put, when you walk in the doors, we want you to feel as welcome as you would in your own home.

Second, we are striving to be a stalwart member of the community by operating a sustainable business with as low of an environmental impact as possible through the implementation of 100% recycled paper bags and a free to use recycling program. We are also a certified Living Wage organization, which means we provide employee compensation above and beyond the living wage to our staff and all of our contractors

S	Syd H-B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HUGE UPDATE 10/5 STARS Got a message from an employee who has become a friend, it was my birthday 2 days ago and he got me a couple hats, amazing. Period. But then, another employee, I was so speechless I didn't even get his name.. Walks out from the back with a toque. Beautiful. And then they proceeded to tell me why they're grateful to have me as a customer and so much more. Pure care and gratitude, something so rare these days that I had to walk out as I was about too cry... I thank you for being here, in so many more ways than a dispensary and employees, no, they genuinely care and that's something that you're not trained for, that's just the beautiful souls they ALL are! Again, thank you! Have been going here since day 1. The way they treat you is like you are family. Everytime I walk in there, I walk out happier EVERYTIME. They know their stock and are completely honest with their feedback. I honestly go in just to say hi sometimes, that's how close they make you feel. People complaining about product and pricing, that's not even up to them , that's our "know it all" government thinking, "it's weed? They'll buy it no matter what we do! Hahahaha." All I think they need is a review system for the products themselves.

I went in without any idea what I needed or what was what...the gentleman I spoke to ,had great advice and guidance, all I had to do was walk in and they set me right up (with my very vague description of what I needed tbh) ,they know their stuff and I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase and will be a regular customer for sure!!. :) Thanks guy's

They were the first weed shop to open on town, and the culmination of everything I'd dreamed of after years of advocating for legalization. Definitely worth stopping in!

Cool modern interior with fascinating artwork, well organized, and run by a polite and expert staff. Casey took the time to help me find something similar in strength/effect to what I’m used to. I don’t often buy recreational since I have a medical prescription, but will definitely return soon ??
