We get compliments all the time on both. Very clean and professional, and Graham was very informative during our decision making process. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Graham was great and the service was what I expected. They did our carpet in our house 2 years ago and we had not finished the basement yet. Fast forward to today. We finished our basement, Graham came over and did a carpet match. The basement feels like it was all completed at the same time. The work was completed on time and on budget. I would highly recommend using Quality Floor Coverings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner Graham attended my property and did a site measure. He assured me he would have a quote for flooring within a few days. After a couple of weeks of not hearing from him I phoned him and he told me he would email me the quote that evening. Another month past and another phone call and again I was told I would get the quote that evening by email. I never did receive a quote or a follow up phone call. If he had a come out and told me he was too busy to do the job, that would have been fine. This was an 1800 square-foot job, so definitely not a waste of time for any flooring company.
Absolutely terrible customer service! Graham why did you bother to even attend my property? If you have no intention of doing a job, then let the prospective customer know that upfront so you’re not wasting everyone’s time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this place. From the first time we walked in it felt like we were dealing with friends instead a store. We went back and forth a lot on the flooring we wanted and they were patient and helpful with us through the whole process. The installer was top notch as well. Even though it was a predetermined installation rate which he could have rushed through, he took his time to get it done right and even took a little longer than expected and came back for several hours on an extra day just to finish up and make everything perfect. We had picked a product with a more complicated installation method and it looks amazing. We couldn't be happier with our new floor.
