I've been dealing with BMO for several years now I have found the staff to always go that extra mile to help me out , setting up online banking , receiving and sending faxes that sort of thing I would have given 5 stars but sometimes the lineups can be slow moving , great handy location as well

My first rant is the long wait time in the line ups and my second is how difficult it is to contact any person at the branch by telephone. Third rant, business hours are also archaic , it is 2018 and few people are done work in time to actually get to the teller line up before the branch closes. My spouse and I have been employed full time our entire adult lives. We are in oir 50s with a terrific credit rating and consistancy in our financial commitments. We hoped to combine some minor debts onto our line of credit. We were turned down for a mere $5000 increase. The young woman we met with seemed very immature and unprofessional . I feel that as a financial specialist, she did not put much effort to gaining our business with the small request we applied for.... let alone offer or suggest other opportunity for the financial institution to prosper from having us as customers. Our mortgage is with another institution and she didnt even attempt to ask us if we would consider switching it over to BMO. After this experience , I am seriously considering taking my daily banking needs, my funds, and my business elsewhere.

We are trying to find out a payout on our mortgage and we had a phone appointment with a person in Leduc branch and they never called. We also left a message and again no call back. I think this is very poor service. I hope this helps someone who is looking to do business with them.

As a young and new business owner in a small local community, finding the right bank is something that can really make or break your business. That said, let's talk about BMO!! They are more like a community of professionals who care about your business and helping your clients grow; then they are a traditional bank. But i can only really thank the people at my local branch.... So, thank you to the people at the Leduc BMO branch who make doing business fun again!! I would also like to take a minute and thank Anne McKinnon, who has spent many hours pulling together deals for my business to grow and better serve my clients. I give this bank one star because they cannot even adjust the hours online as to when they’re open or not Like when I drive from pigeon lake to Leduc because it says they’re open till 4 o’clock On a Saturday I arrive at 11 to find out they’re not open at all. The only time the bank is open as when I’m at work That’s if they’re open at all. The BMO in Calmar is just the same or worse never open. Complete lack of customer service. goodbye BMO hello ATB

I’ve been banking with BMO Leduc for over 15 years I’ve had mortgages, loans, lines of credit, multiple vehicles so on and so forth throughout the years.I had a bad experience with their lending department because of how they were treating me . When I ask to speak to a manager they gave me the runaround needless to say I have still not spoken to a manager and I’ve opened up new accounts at another bank. Leduc branch is horrendous to deal with.

My wife asked one of the tellers to wire transfer our deposit on our new home to a realty company who uses a different financial institution. She was told that since it was a different bank it couldn’t be done, which is a complete lie. We got back in line and spoke to another teller who completed the wire transfer and the first teller had to authorize it. No one apologized for wasting our time or lying to us. We were completely dissatisfied with our service at this branch.
