★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bank account with ATB. Tired of waiting in line for 30+ minutes, hearing the staff catch up on the latest gossip of Leduc with their customers. Bad case of nepotism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a little disappointed by the refusal of the teller to reverse an NSF charge, my one and only that I ever had while banking with ATB.
A different location I requested had zero problem doing it for me and was very confused as to why the teller here wouldn't do it as I was a customer in good standing, had never missed a payment, and have been with ATB for about five years now with not so much as a hiccup.

The staff was always available, or else got back to us within the same day. The online assistance staff, were very quick to respond to our questions as well. when you are in alberta, ATB makes you feel at home. Thanks
