I sent my husband to get a heavy item (since I'm not allowed to lift heavy things currently), but there was a mix-up about whether they had it and he wasn't able to get it initially. They were SO helpful about sorting out the confusion, way above what I would have expected!

Everyone there is very helpful and efficient which is great when you have tons of deliveries to do. Aaron, the supervisor outback is especially on the ball. Always has my order ready to go and helps me load my truck with bigger items. Definitely the best Rona Ive bee too, and Ive been too ALOT

Decent selection of quality products - they went through a period where things weren't quite as good, but it looks like they are back now! Aaron is very knowledgeable and creative when it comes to coming up with solutions to home owner problems.

However we believe in the small town attitude and SUPPORT OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY BUSINESSES, were told “ Its the PP way “ - and we’re glad we did❗️ What the store lacks in size they more than make up for in TRADE EXPERIENCE and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Truly I say the big box just can’t compare to what we experienced today. Special shout out to AMANDA, JOHN, and COWBOY for all CHEERFUL HELP and IDEAS. They seamlessly worked as a team. Making the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE everything we hoped and expected of PP, that’s why we moved here ! PS. We will update this review with a picture after the landscaping project is completed.
