★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordering online has become par for the course during the pandemic, but that doesn't make it ideal. The folks at Rona understood my difficulties with online ordering and were both friendly and knowledgeable in helping me resolve conflict and get exactly what I needed to complete the job.
And this is not limited to senior staff, I had a great experience with one of their newer members helping me through the ordering process and completing my order quickly and efficiently.
A great local team with skills to help you find and use whatever you need to turn your house into a home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I entered the store..it was like I was in a college common room, about 8 staff I there early 20s. I'm not being negative .Just an observation. On the downside, when I went to the yard to my purchases, again 4 or 5 young staff. NONE of whom wanted to help me and the oldest staff member. The items I bought were almost 100lbs each, so I was not impressed by yard staff as they all just hung around the gatehouse .Finally yard boss came over, only to grab the ticket of the staff member helping me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is may favourite local hardware store to solve my “home and garden” problems. Recently I needed parts to get my antique garden ornament functional again and Elli found all the pieces in snap! So friendly and helpful! Mark is also a great resource for literally any department!!
