I love Arby's spicy chicken poutine, and get it at every location that I go to. This location unfortunately really cheap out on all the quantity accept gravy.
there wasn't enough of the spicy sauce, the box was nearly half empty. And it felt like there wasn't enough chicken either.
The customer was service was good, but the food did take a while to get. Overall this Harvey's this Harvey's is lesser than the rest.
PS I am a lover of Harvey's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 15 min for a meal when there was only one other in front of us and our whole order was wrong, told them we had a 30 min drive home and to put sauce on the side and they drenched it so after our drive home our burgers were soggy and gross.
Both our burgers were wrong and the guy gave my order to the wrong car waiting in line during this outbreak and tried to give his order to us. When he finally switched the correct orders he didn’t even apologize much less say anything. We were paranoid that the other person may have touched our food while checking the order. Terrible service, and will never go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't speak to drive-thru experience and I think I know what the one star reviews are based on. Language communications problems with some staff.
HOWEVER, I placed an online order in this time of Covid-19 for pickup. Every item was different with different condiments, and they got everything right.
That's a plus for me because the Swiss Chalet in the other half of the building couldn't get an order right if their life depended on it. (see other review. After the 3rd time of paying for an extra, large sauce, and not finding it in the order when we got home, we've blacklisted the place.)
Only reason for not giving Harvey's 5 stars is that we arrived at the time given when placing the order and the food was at best warm, Not hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service at this location. The staff are very friendly. Food was cooked fresh and quickly. The facilities are very clean including the washroom. This Harvey's shares a building with an adjacent Swiss Chalet. Unfortunately I did not get served Swiss Chalet fries with my combo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food comes out fresh but might be the worlds slowest drive thru. Not sure if they’ve ever passed food through the drive thru window before. Expect to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow I love this store. I am a daily customer at this place and I eat the Angus with cheese all day everyday, for me that's the perfect burger. The patty is always fresh and juicy and that too with fresh vegetables toppings. It takes time but worth it.
