★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few weeks ago we were looking for a few diverse items on a snowy Saturday... mentioned to the lady named Penny in sporting goods what we were after... awesome old school customer service including taking us to show us her personal preference on a brand in housewares... such a stark contrast to many other CT stores namely Newmarket where the staff actually seem to despise the customer. Thanks you to Penny and Canadian Tire Uxbridge for representing humanity and your brand so well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my tires there. The staff were pleasant but couldn't find the tires that I wanted that were in stock. That being said it was going to take about 5 days and ended up only being 2 so great job,! The store is very over crowded and hard to social distance in.

I love going to this place, generally the staff are super (we all have our days), usually everything goes smoothly, the odd time there's a bump in the road. It all works out great in the end, and let's cut them some slack.... afterall if there was a mistake it may have been your hockey buddy or your neice who made the mistake? Pat and Karen are amazing family and community oriented folks. Awesome store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at the auto centre on March 6th. Very appreciative to the mechanic and service centre attendant for taking our vehicle in to repair the exhaust. We had another 3 hours of travel to our grandpa's funeral when experienced issues with the exhaust. Massive thanks to the team, which made a hard day much smoother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a recent experience with Dennis in Service in regards to my RIV certificate on my boat trailer. He answered my phone call professionally and explained the process. A week later when I called back with my trailer ready to see him. He remembered my name and told me the best time to bring it in. He said he would have time at 1pm. When i arrived he was ready to go. He was pleasant and professional and got the job done quickly and again explained what to expect next from RIV. Super nice guy and possibly one of the BEST customer service experiences I have had.
