★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is the best in the Edmonton area! The staff are all very friendly, and the store is huge! You can always find stock of the items you are looking for. Other shoppers are also wonderful, and it feels like a community when you go in - from helping another shopper lift items into their cart, to grabbing the cart of the guy parked next to you to return it with yours, this is the best store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought this was the best Canadian Tire but I was proved wrong. Was looking for 3 trailer tires and every other Canadian Tire in the city had them on sale except for Leduc. They told me they would price match on the phone but after waiting 45 minutes for them to find the tires, they told me that they would only price match one of the three tires because the other stores only had 1 in stock. Will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite Canadian tire in and around the city of Edmonton. The garden centre is HUGE and these large scale lawn ornaments are incredible!
Pricing is hard to beat and the sales are great.
Everything I need is always here and if it’s not on the shelf they always search the back for it!
Worth a visit if you’ve never been! I personally think it tops the south side one that is also large just not as many fun things to see

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and a painless purchase. The only criticism that I have is the Chargers for the electric cars didn't seem to work.. other than that great experience. I received a response but no concern or acknowledgment that the chargers would be repaired or looked at. I guess I felt that you completely ignored the one small concern I had. :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an online order. When I received the items there was ZERO shipping materials to protect the items. No wrap, no box- nothing. All the items are of course scratched and very dirty. So I call the store- they don’t offer a discount or a partial or full refund. Just an apology. They suggest I take them to another store for an exchange, after I’ve told them 3 times I don’t have a car. 0/10 for resolution and now I have dirty and damaged items that I paid full price for. Next time I’ll just use Amazon.

UPDATE:
I have called the phone number left in the reply to this review. They offered a $30 credit for the mistake and an apology. I’m pleased with the corporate response and have updated from 1 star to 4 stars.

I was surprised that most stocks that were not available at the stores in Edmonton are available at this store.
I particularly love the arts section with different types of arts that I do not usually see at the Edmonton Canadian stores. The staffs were also helpful. Highly recommended!!!
