m	mackenzie watson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waited at the sports desk for 25 minutes for a fishing license, asked 2 employees for help and one said he wasnt sure how to do it as it wasnt his department (understandable) and he called someone. we waited another 10 minutes and still no one showed up so we left. went and got it in uxbridge
B	Brian Lucyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid shopping at the Port Perry Canadian Tire unless you have extra time to spare. Rarely is there not a line up to cash out. Usually see more staff at customer service than working as cashiers. Take 10 minutes more, drive to Uxbridge, and quickly check yourself out. I like to support people earning money as a cashier but only when the store actually employs enough of them to keep wait times small.
H	Hunter Holt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get a fishing license. Was at the counter for 25 minutes and only 1 person asked if we needed help and called someone. Still nobody came. I then walked around the store until I found someone and was greeted with an immense attitude by a dark haired lady who acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Finally she called someone to help me and after waiting another 1p minutes still not a single competent person showed up to help me even though I was passed by a bunch of workers no one asked if I needed help. I said screw this and took my business to Uxbridge where I was in and out within less then 10 minutes and was greeted with a smiling face. Don't bother wasting your time going to thus store. Better off going to Uxbridge and Giving them the business. Atleast they have competent employees who won't give you an attitude and actually ask if you need help.
A	Andrew Hanna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All 3 of the staff members I interacted with were rude, clearly didn't care at all about any form of customer service and the cashier I had was the definition of apathetic and rude. As a Port Perry resident this saddens me as this is yet another business in Port Perry I will not be giving my money to. I'd rather drive to Uxbridge or Oshawa where there is always stock and the staff actually help you instead of gesturing and saying 'it's over there, you'll find it'.
j	james curran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay stocked but they need to improve their online inventory management. If I come in for supplies and it says 23 in stock aisle 42. And there's none in the aisle. And this happens multiple times a year, that wastes my time and your employees. Employees have always been great. Prices are competitive, one of the better box stores for essentials in port perry.
A	Alexis Wood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has got to be the worst Canadian Tire location. Without fail, every time we go there, we are sold used items as new. Shame on us for continuing to shop here. Did Clcurbside pickup today, and a used item was provided. I would not be surprised if the item in the worst condition is picked for curbside pickup, as the customer isn't selecting it in person. It's a way to move it off the shelf at full price. Now, with immune compromised family members, I need to go back to the store and return a used item in person. Avoid this location if you have any other option.

I wasn't wearing a mask so she moved farther away from her shield while giving me a dirty look and proceeded to ask me to go to customer service because I wasn't wearing a mask. You should always greet your customers with kindness and respect even if you don't agree with their choices.
P	Paul Sharp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping for some hardware and power tools 2 weeks back... young man named Lucas helped us and what a change in attitude from the majority of retail experiences recently! Great product knowledge... helped me find the right belt and disc sander along with exactly the accessories I was looking for... carried the machine to the check out... and carried it to my truck... old school good service which is rare now.
