The staff were very attentive, the space is clean and open, and we can’t say enough great things about Dr. Abdurrahman—she was patient, attentive, and has a wonderful bedside manner when dealing with kids. I highly recommend this clinic!!
C	COCO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaclyn Quirt would be the worst doctor you could possibly go to with your child. When I went there earlier in the year, I noticed she was extremely obnoxious, didn't even attempt coming near to understand what the issue was, she spoke in an extremely condescending manner. I knew I needed to write a review. Only to see I wasn't the only person who thought she was far from a good doctor. Go elsewhere if you are referred to her!!
L	L W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist and nurse very nice and professional.... but Dr Jacklyn almost seem annoyed that I had to have an allergy test! Not to mentioned that when the test was done there was no direction for after care of the allergens and I had to wash them in the public bathroom as she didn’t want me to do it in the sink she had. There also was no mentioned of treatment either. Avoid this Dr at all cause
M	Monich Katz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Jaclyn Quirt was rude and condescending. She comes across as miserable and filled with anger. She yelled at my kids and showed no understanding on how to tolerate having kids in her presence. She’s supposed to be a paediatric allergist and yet she had zero bedside manner to kids. This could very well reflect her prejudiced attitude towards people of colour. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.

They rescheduled my appointment multiple times on me which I accommodated and then made me wait over 20 minutes with a 1.5 year old and then the doctor is condescending about how I can't remember specific details from 6 months ago. When I came back for a more recent visit we were running late so I called to let them know and they said I needed to be there within 15 minutes of my appointment or it gets cancelled. I was there 16 minutes late and they locked the door! Then they answer the phone when I call to tell me they can't see me because the doctor is gone because I was 16 minutes late... It's funny how it's okay if I have to wait with no warning but when it's them (and even after I have given you a heads up) you don't have the decency to accommodate a 2 year old. The only reason they are still in business is because they are a government funded office. If you have a choice of a referral avoid this place. Rude, inconsiderate, and condescending people shouldn't be allowed to deal with children.

You chose this profession knowing you would be helping people who don't understand; if you dont have the bedside manner to assist them then I suggest you look for a new job instead of being rude to parents and young children. If you have an opportunity to choose where to take your child take them somewhere else. Public funding and healthcare is the only thing keeping this office employed - truly despicable.

I had the pleasure of meeting both doctors who were both super kind. Dr. Quirt was very patient with me, listened to all my concerns and helped me so much. Very grateful, thank you so much.

She showed zero patience with my kids. I assumed this could be because of color or else, don't know. But i will never recommend anyone there and I will avoid this place for sure.
