Efficient and straightforward staff. Very helpful and will take care of you through your tests. Very professional and just an all around trustworthy clinic. I came by referral and was pleased to see that there's a reason as to why they're so highly recommended. It is a bit inconvenient that you have to pay for parking though. They offer a discounted price, but if im going there just to pick up my results, it's a bit bothersome to have to pay even if just a couple dollars. Other than that, highly recommended!

This was my first time doing a sleep test so I was unsure about what was going to happen but the staff were knowledgeable and made me at ease. The receptionist was really nice, sweet and welcoming and my technician, Seta was great describing everything

First visit- instructions for parking and entering the building were unclear. Another patient was also trying to find access, just as confused. Email told us to bring cash for a parking voucher. At the end of the night, no voucher offered and we paid full price for parking. Follow up with doctor was pleasant and easy Second visit- after months of not hearing anything about a follow up, I chased them. Was booked in within days, but different technician who seemed quite frustrated to have me on their list. While they softened up, they were rude and dismissive at the start. At the end of the night, this is when I found out the technician had the voucher for parking if I had cash! Seemed much more knowledgeable than the first visit. Follow up phone call with two different administrative assistants was challenging. One reached out to me and told me to call her back, but that I needed to speak to the other to book a follow up, so I was transferred. Then the second told me I shouldn’t speak to the first (but they called me!) and was incredibly difficult to speak to. I was instructed to call around for a cpap machine using the list of places that included some businesses in Peel and Halton. No timeline given as to when I needed to respond back. Received a voicemail on a Thursday afternoon, not 2 hours before they closed (and while I was still in a classroom teaching), telling me it was the second phone call and that they were going to involve my doctor. Suggested I had been unresponsive. The voicemail wasn’t harsh, but didn’t win points for customer service. I then got an email from my doctor telling me they had been trying to reach me. I’m sure my GP has better things to do than referee this. Update: after calling the clinic to discuss the voicemail and involvement of my doctor, I had the opportunity to speak to a 3rd administrator who was wonderful. Not only was some of the information I'd previously received from the other 2 administrators false, but she was able to coordinate everything else and answer questions no one else had. If I'd dealt with her from the beginning, or if the service throughout had equaled hers, the experience would have been much better.

Fabiola, the receptionist, has great interpersonal skills and was helpful in setting up my sleep study. She is always willing to help. Seta, the technician, was very supportive and attentive. The facility was very clean and the staff followed COVID safety measures. The bed was very firm which led to me having to book a second sleep study. The followup process with the doctor was not good. There were clerical errors in my reports on two occasions which caused delays. Read over your reports carefully. Also, the doctor refused to change a word that has a negative connotation and said this is how she writes all her reports. I know this terminology is not used all the time because I received reports from medical doctors over the years. Overall, treat people as individuals. What may be okay for some, may not be okay for all.

I was referred to a sleep clinic for insomnia. Little did I know I had severe really bad sleep apnea. Luckily I got to go to the clinic located on the Queensway and you would never know it's there but the rooms are cute, clean and comfortable. The best part is the wonderful staff who are dedicated to helping you get some sleep and are always nearby if u need help. I have been in contact with Fabiola several times and she is resourceful, quick and goes the extra mile for her patients. I had the privilege of dealing with her and several others who took care of me while trying to solve my sleep disorder. Thank you everyone for your continued patience, understanding and help. Cheers.

Great experience over all. First time sleep study so I was a bit nervous and doubtful I would be able to fall asleep at all but my technician, David was very helpful and patient when helping me get settled in. He explained everything being done step by step when setting up the equipment (very small unit with small wires and is completely portable, which was nice when i had to use the bathroom in the night). The receptionist was also very polite and friendly and was a joy to deal with. One issue I had with the whole process is that there are no sleep study slots that cater to people that work afternoon or night shifts (Only in the range of 9pm-5am are available) which is a category that I fall into so it was quite a bit harder to try and set it up in a way that I'd hopefully be sleepy at a time that I'm normally still at work. The second issue I had was that I had a bit of a time trying to find their lobby as i couldn't see any outside markings, and was initially standing in front of their sister building, across the parking lot. I tried to call the office twice to get clarification, but both times there was no one to answer the phone according to the automated machine and then it would just hang up on me.

Awesome place for a sleep test. If you suspect an issue with your sleep, have your doctor refer you to Peak Sleep. They are thorough and extremely cordial. All your nerves about being sleep tested will be gone once you meet the staff. It does involve a lot of wires and bands around you to test what is happening while you are asleep. But it isn't that bad, you will be able to sleep inspite of all of them. The only thing you need to be aware off is that they expect you to come in at 8:30 pm and you are mostly asleep by 9:15, but they will wake you up at 5 am. I had David take care of me, he was amazing! Made is super smooth and easy. Hope I don't need to go back, but if I have to, I will choose Peak Sleep Mississauga on Queensway.
