★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience in a clinic. Google should have a negative rating as well. This is my 3rd visit and as per usual they are sooo busy with 2 doctors and 3 assistants. It took almost 1 and half hr for a doctor to see 4 patients with 4 assistant nurses. Wow this doctor and assistant nurses must have done a great job learning and managing people. I have no words to explain their excuses.
I understand once a while is ok but every time this is kind of high level bull$h** is not acceptable. They have NO VALUE for anyone's time. After 1 hr wait in waiting room, the assistant takes you in a waiting room, there you wait for another half hr to see the doctor. The older age doctor just loves to behave like he is a God and it's not his fault that people wait.
I will definitely report this kind of behavior to CNO and CPSO. I would encourage other people to do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment today for 4 PM after they rescheduled me once already. So i took time off work for this appointment. All i needed was to get the result of my study. I waited an hour and watched assistants and doctors chatted with the receptionists casually. When it reached 5 PM, i heard one of the receptionist talk to one of the assistants "there is still one more patient can you take him?" The assistant went something like "cant xxxx take him? its already 5" The receptionist said "she already went home" So after another 5 min, the assistant took me, said everything was fine and that was the end of the appointment. Had i not need a prescription to purchase a cpap machine i would have left long ago. It was a humiliating experience and i do not understand how a place of business (i would say this place is more of a business than a sleep clinic) would treat their patients like that. i would definitely not recommend this place and will not be going back there for any further visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farid was very good in Explaining the procedure and making the whole experience as comfortable as possible. The room was clean and comfortable. Just the ceiling fan, it's a bit noisy. Thank you Farid for helping me understand the process very well. I recommend this clinic for sleep studies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met with Dr. Hussain recently at the sleep lab, during this COVID-19 pandemic. He was gracious enough to meet me in person once he heard that I did not have a family physician and had a serious medical condition. I am extremely pleased with his care and the clinic.
Dr. Hussain was very attentive and took his time with me to explain my new diagnosis and treatment. He has made repeated calls to check in and see how I am doing and if my condition improved. He has gone above and beyond any of my expectations as a physician. Not even my past family doctor, who is retired, would have taken me in with such dedication and care.
The clinic was very clean and I was not concerned about being in the clinic during this difficult time. My gratitude to Dr. Hussain and his staff can not be expressed. Thank you for your dedication and care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sleep study was professional and quick. Covid restrictions limited some things such as the shower was off limits. Unfortunately the telephone consultations with the Dr are far from smooth. I received a phone call arranging an appointment time for the Dr to call then 20 minutes later they called to reschedule, Then when the date and time came there was no call. Couldn't call the scheduler to inquire because all their communications are blocked name and number

It’s clean, it’s comfy the sheets smell good YOU’RE GOING TO A SLEEP LAB NOT THE RITZ!
They were very kind, quick to help and answer questions. Made sure I was comfy and woke me up with great bedside manner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only speak to the overnight sleep study portion of the clinic, which is clean, comfortable, and professionally staffed. Unfortunately, no showering allowed. Free underground parking, though.
It’s a little confusing when you first get there, since the lab occupies several rooms on both sides of the hallway. There is no official reception desk, but lots of paper signs that try and steer you in the right direction.
