★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Pro Quality Home Inspections to inspect several homes I was interested in buying over the last 6 months. Mike at Pro Quality Home Inspections was incredibly thorough and honest. Several of the homes I looked at Mike was able to find things I would have otherwise missed that helped me get to the decision not to bid on some properties. On the home I finally purchased, Mike spent 4 hours going through the home piece by piece and educating me on what to look for and watch over time, what to repair and how and how urgent those repairs were. Ultimately Mikes thorough and mythological approach gave me piece of mind knowing I bought a solid home that will be great for my family for years to come. Pro Quality Home Inspections pricing was reasonable and fair for the work and attention to detail their employees give each aspect of your home. I would highly recommend any home buyer (especially first time home buyers like myself) use Pro Quality Home Inspections for their home inspection needs.

We appreciated that he took the time to explain to us the items he identified as needing fixing, including what was wrong with the works and the proper way to fix them. He also indicated to us which parts of the works had been very well done. Ultimately, his report enabled us to buy with confidence and to have the sellers rectify some of the more significant issues as a condition of purchase.
