They not only gave us peace of mind knowing about the home in more detail then any other home inspectors we have used in the past, they gave us the confidence to continue with the purchase. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been almost 4 years since my home inspection, and wanted to review my report... But for some reason I couldn't find my saved copy. However, the link to the report was still active and I could redownload the file. That was certainly a welcome surprise.
I will also add that after being living in the house for 4 years, I can't say that I've found items that I would have expected the inspection to pick up. This was in stark contrast to previous experiences with other home inspectors.
I would most certainly recommend them and also hire them to do another home inspection.

Technologic provided high level pictures of the roofing, detailed pictures and explanations for all aspects of the home and clearly communicated the findings. They were friendly and professional.
