Also enjoyed the added inspection options he has available and that moisture detection is included in the main inspection. Also appreciated that during the inspection he pointed out what he found to me in person.

β β β β β David arrived early and began the outside inspection immediately. He was very clear on what he will be looking at and assured I had no questions or concerns before proceeding. Once complete, he did a thorough walkaround and spend time to explain all the mechanical and plumbing workings and recommended care. By far the best home inspection I have ever had.

β β β β β David was fantastic! The report was very thorough and easy to read. I really felt like I got everything I paid for! He also sent me an email of all his recommendations for trades people that he trusts in the event that I needed work done.
I hope that I don't ever need to buy another house again but if I do I definitely know what home inspector to call! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

β β β β β David did a very thorough and efficient job inspecting the property I had put an offer down on - he showed me everything that needed to be explained and patiently explained anything i had questions about. He gave me good feedback on what he found and helped me make an informed decision based on the results of the inspection. His report arrived quickly and showed explanations and pictures for everything he found. I will definitely use Atta-Boy for my next home inspection!

Booking online made everything easy, we were able to get an inspection sooner than any others. David was on time and efficient making little comments about things as he went through the house. David took time to talk about his findings before he left which we really appreciated as first time home buyers. We received the inspection report just hours after he finished the inspection.
If you are looking for someone kind, patient and thorough I would highly recommend!

β β β β β Right from the hop, David was very responsive and friendly to deal with. He was super patient with all my questions before I even booked my appointment. The inspection was very thorough, and extremely detailed - not to mention a very quick turnaround (same day).
Explanations were very understandable, and I very much appreciated suggestions on how to address identified issues.
