I am happy with the report. Everything was done via video call and remotely and went very smooth. Sara was also very kind and helpful, and allowed me making changes in short notice. I will definitely use Inspection Works again.

They provided a detailed walk-through of their findings and recommendations, and also used thermal imaging to prove the insulating properties of the home. The final written report was ready for viewing within 2 hours of leaving the inspection site, well ahead of the promised time. Very impressed, I'll be using them for any future inspections I need. They had some issues finding the sewer line (the house had 2 different drains) but they didn’t give up until they found it. The report they provided at the end was very thorough and useful, and included pictures and videos where appropriate. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Inspection Works sent a two-man crew (David and Doug) to inspect everything, and both guys were very professional and took time to answer all questions I had. I was extremely impressed with the inspection process, and the electronic report is very detailed and provides a wealth of advice on required and suggested repairs/updates. Overall their home inspection service is worth every penny, and reasonably priced--a bargain considering how much information I have gained, as well as the confidence and peace of mind to proceed with purchase of the new home. We were able to ask questions while they were doing the inspection and they were more than happy to answer them. As first time buyers having a better understanding of things to watch for was incredibly important. They explained everything to a level that we both knew. We included the sewer cam in our inspection and it was a great choice. Looking at purchasing an older home meant that it could have an older sewer line. The final report was delivered same day so we could make our decisions in a timely manner. Their report is incredibly detailed and the built in repair list generator is handy for organizing updates/upgrades. If we have to go through this process again, we will be going with Inspection Works again.

Mitch and Doug were incredibly personable, made the process easy to understand, and had my VERY detailed electronic report to me within eight hours of inspection completion. You get what you pay for—and for a purchase this important, it's not the time to cut corners! Thanks to Inspection Works for giving me confidence in my decision. Well worth it.
