★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took photo for my PR card and when i uploaded, it says it is too bright for my wife's photo!!.Then i went to another pro passport and took another and uploaded in IRCC portal. after 1 day it got rejected because of incorrect photo specifications.!! IF U WANT TO TAKE PHOTO FOR PR CARD.. DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THE PRO PASSPORT PHOTO CENTRE.,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son asked for a Canadian passport photo, he repeated it twice. The worker asked if he wanted the printed or emailed copy. My son didn't know and said email should be fine. Minutes later, we realized what he had asked for, which was not what we needed. We went in and explained we need the hard copy, because they don't accept digital passport photos. She refused to print the hard copy unless we, once again paid full price. She did not know what a Canadian passport photo requirement is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. The lady shop keeper was VERY IMPOLITE , IMPATIENT , RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She DIDN'T GAVE ME what I asked for. It ruined my day.. I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The photo was taken very badly. If a tenth of the interest shown in getting the money was given to the job it would have been better. Considers customers as only money payers and behaves rudely. All she did was to show some unwanted haste which ruins the mood for a good photo even when no other customers were there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only google allows no star at all…… i went to this place to bring my 2 yr old daughter for a passport photo taken. It was the closest to us as well. The old lady is very rude and i don’t think she knows anything about customer service. My daughter cried when she was trying to take a photo of her and she had no patience at all. It’s a 2 yr old and all she did was to tell us she’s not taking picture of her anymore because she’s crying. She didn’t even try to take another one or let us calm her down. Also, my husband was holding my daughter and was sitting down and she literally yelled at them saying “move! i have another customer move!” And that’s when it triggered me. I literally told her she doesn’t need to shout at them and be rude.
HORRIBLE LADY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE
I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Doesn’t have any compassion, patience and manners.
