β β β β β Pho was good. Order was missing items and the coffee was 90% ice and quite nearly 7 dollars. Value for quality was not there and my order wasnβt perfect. If youβre looking for a quick fix, the pho was good but otherwise check out other options.

β β β β β Best phα» in Waterloo! When the first cloud of steam hits your senses, you will be in love with this soup. The blend of spices in the broth, the aroma of the pepper, onion, beef - itβs all so good youβll keep coming for more! Heavenly!
I must also add the pork meatball skewers are very good!

β β β β β My first time trying here with my friend. Vermicelli bowl (B3 Grilled Pork Meatballs, BBQ Pork, & Spring Roll Vermicelli Bowl ) is good and staff are nice. I would love to go back and try another dish.

β β β β β Best pho in town! Service is excellent and attentive, and the food are reasonably priced with good portions and super fresh and tasty!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Literally my go-to place, I come here almost every week. The pho is so authentic since itβs a small viet family-run business. It comes with nice oil consistency, and you can taste the herbs and spices used in the bone broth.

β β β β β Ordered takeout here for the first time for some bΓΊn bΓ² HuαΊΏ and phα» ΔαΊ·c biα»t. Absolutely delicious and worth the price.
The bΓΊn bΓ² HuαΊΏ is not heavy on the lemongrass like some places and leana more towards the taste of the shrimp paste seasonings. Their beef broth is very smooth, clear, and simple looking. However, once mixed with the sate oil, it gans this lovely red colour and looks very rich.
I am happy to find a place that does the soups like this and serves it with such fresh vegetables. I also got an avocado smoothie and it was very good and well blended as well.
One word to sum it up. Fresh.
I would order from here again for sure!

P1 House Special (XL):
-Broth could be a bit more rich
-For price, definitely get your portion worth
-Could be a tad more meat
S1 Bun Bo Hue (XL):
-Broth could be more rich with flavour and spices
-Base soup is okay
-Meat quantity could be more
A1 (Spring Rolls):
-Nice & crispy
-Could be a bit bigger in size
-Filling mixture was good and not over the top
A2 (Rice Paper Roll - Pork)
-Could have more meat inside
-Would recommend getting beef or shrimp instead
-Peanut sauce was too much hoisin base.
A3 (Pork Sausage Balls)
-No complaint
-Would def recommend as appetizers
Overall:
-Very nice place to be
-Staff very friendly
-Loved the cold tea
-Great quality for a place in KW. Not at the level of a GTA location
