(Actually quite reasonable for specialist) I have experienced only amazing and respectful service. The Dr is fantastic and the staff have always been courteous and helpful. I have never had to wait for my appointment excessively if at all.
A	Aileen Alberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very accommodating and kind - I was late for a check-up and they were gracious about that, then I had to leave halfway through the appointment and Dr Soji called me at 18:00 to finish the appointment over the phone. Went out of their way when they didn't have to.

I received a call to book an appointment for a referral that my doctor sent through, I rearranged my entire schedule at work to make it work as I was told they could only take appointments for what I needed on my busiest day of the week. When I arrived at the office I was told that there was no appointment for me in there system on that day after I specifically confirmed it with them on the phone.

Front desk said they would check and dis not so had to ask again. I understand Physicians run a little behind but an update would have been nice. Once I saw the doctor it was great but the front desk could maybe update patients when there is a delay or Physician is running behind
