R	Rhonda Norquay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kendra Lamb is the most skilled and compassionate doctor you could find! She will listen to your concerns and has the best bedside manner! I had a total abdominal hysterectomy on May 23, 2018 and she did such an amazing job and had the best surgical team at the Peter Lougheed Hospital!!! I didn't have tremendous pain afterward compared to having my tubes tied by a Different doctor in 2009. My experience with her receptionist at the office was very good and we always have a nice talk when I am in!! So, if you need a top rated doctor or a surgeon, this is the place to come!!!!!
K	Kayleigh Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ doctor and nurses were nice. but the receptionist made me want to never come back. initial phone call she was SO rude to me. scolded me for not being able to get in contact with me for a month? even though my doctor only sent the referral 5 days prior? told me they had been trying to reach me but I never once received a phone call? I was asking simple questions because I have never been there before and she was annoyed with me the entire time. I had to ask for the name of the facility because she never even told me where she was calling from. Then when I go in she was extremely rude because my AB health card was stolen. I offered to show my ID and before I could even finish talking she cut me off and told me that doesn't help her and to bring my AB health number. Even though she had it sitting in front of her from my doctors referral sheet. I sanitized my hands on my way in and she rudely pointed to the sanitizer and demanded I use it. Then she told me to find my room around the corner. I have never been to this office before and im supposed to look for my correct treatment room? I manage a professional style office, and would NEVER allow staff to speak to patients in such a way. completely slouched at the front desk leaning on her hands not even looking at me when she speaks.

Dr. Gibbons was so friendly and wonderful, took great care of me as a patient and made sure I was doing well after my babies were born. She was very personable. Only met Dr. Lamb once but she was super friendly as well and very knowledgeable. Dr.Steed was amazing as well , very knowledgeable and gave the best adviceand I appreciated it.

The receptionist is miserable, rude and has hung up and argued with me when trying to make a simple follow up appointment when I am 10 days away from giving birth. The doctor called me saying that he forgot to book a follow up appointment on my last visit and would get the receptionist to call me back to book it. Days later when I didn't hear back, I tried calling myself to book it and she refused. Giving birth should be celebrated and this women has made it an awful experience. I dread going to this clinic and would never reccomend it to any new time mom. I am surprised this woman still has a job to be honest!

They texted and said that they have received my referral letter and have not yet assigned a date for visit. They specifically said NOT TO CALL the office to inquire. And then months have passed, I still haven't received a call from them. I followed up my doctor 3 times already. Because I'm suffering from excruciating pain every month when I will have my period. And just recently, they texted me again. After waiting for 8 MONTHS, they texted me the same message that they have received my referral and I don't have specific date to visit yet. And specifically said DON'T CALL their office. This is just kinda frustrating because I've been waiting for 8 months for a doctor and still be given the same text after 8 months. I haven't seen any doctors from their clinic and it seems that I have to wait 8 more months again. ?
D	Destiny Price on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my very first appointment with my specialist today, Dr. Lamb, and I was blown away with her level of professionalism and compassion. For 14 years, I have been dealing with the same crippling pain and other complications and she took the time to go over every single thing with my spouse and I... and then some! She is incredible. Definitely surpassed my expectations and I have never felt more cared for or heard by any other doctor in all of my life. The staff was very helpful and kind as well. The clinic itself was very easy to find and the waiting time was slim to none. Wonderful place for Women to go and find the help they deserve and amazing staff!
O	Oana Laporte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors and nurses here are absolutely fantastic. However, the receptionist, who looks like Miss Trunchbull from Matilda, also acts like her. She is rude and never around!! They also don`t have a bell to ring or anything like that. Tons of people are looking for jobs! Please give it to someone who deserves it and won`t bring down your clinic!!!
E	Emily Jean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to laugh at these reviews, if you look at the tags up top “receptionist” is mentioned 16 times lol. You know why none of this matters? PUBLIC health care. AHS. It’s nearly impossible to get fired…not very comforting is it lol. Anyway, that aside. Dr Steed is one of my favourite doctors, I just loved him and trusted him ?. Easiest surgery of my life (hysterectomy) we were all cracking jokes as I went under. I didn’t even need a single pain med after other than Tylenol. Also, the anesthesiologist whoever he was, deserves a medal. Easiest recovery ever.
