★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is very kind and nice to talk with but he constantly miss-diagnosed me, wait times are brutal and appointment scheduling is brutal. If you have an appointment booked for 11am be prepared to sit there for 2 hours before you even get into a room. Takes 1-2 months to actually schedule an appointment even if it is an emergency request (not deathly emergency but you want to get testing scheduled) takes the standard wait times. on more then one occasion I explained symptoms and he said it was all normal he would not even run tests, so instead I would go to a different doctor or to a womens client and they would do proper tests and confirm that I have different syndromes and it is not normal. ive been seeing this doctor for around 15 years if not more and it has always been this bad I just dealt with it, but now that I do not have as much time, cannot miss 2 hours of work for 1 appointment, and his constant miss diagnosis, going to see him is not beneficial. unfortunately I do not recommend this doctor, if appointment times were actually honored like every other doctors office, and he stopped miss-diagnosing women/people, then I would go back and see him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This isnt the doc you want to see... he should retire or should practice like in Canada not as in India where people respect months and months of wait time. How can someone run a practice as if it is an emergency with 2 hours of wait time for any apt? Front desk staff is rude, condecending, and need alot of training. I even doubt that they will be good after training. I am making up my mind to leave this doc. I have been with him for 10 years but its time to leave him...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sachdeva has been my Dr for 30+ years. Moved to Calgary shortly after I arrived. Both of us lived in Saskatchewan. He practices on the other side of the city of which I live...but he is worth the drive.
He is a very kind and smart Dr. He goes above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sachdeva is a great Doctor. I would have no problem reccomending him. His front end staff is quite a different story. They are the most unethical, rude and bullies I have ever seen in a Doctor's office. At times you can hear them giggling and laughing inappropriatley at the expense of the patients.
If this went on anywhere else you would find yourself on the unemployment line and as you should.
if it was my staff I'd fire the lot.
I just hope the good Dr. will correct this before he loses anymore patients.
