★ ★ ★ ★ ★ View was amazing facility is great but the staff are very unprofessional. They are more concerned about their nightly party than anything else.
My wife and I had a little getaway for my birthday. My wife let the staff know and they did absolutely nothing. The girl serving in the lounge kept bothering us to pay our bill even though we were not sure if we wanted to order another drink.
To end it off I phoned the front desk and asked for an a late checkout so we could have an early lunch in the restaurant. They very rudely said the could not accommodate. My wife and I travel and do stuff like this all the time but we won’t be staying here again unless management wakes up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to go for high tea in the restaurant arriving in the car park we was charged $10.50 for the privilege to park ( there is a parking lot at end of hotel entrance would advise using this )
High tea is priced at $37.00 per person plus tip .
Being British this attempt at afternoon tea was very below standard you would expect for the price store bought pasties we were served at best .. but the service from staff was excellent.
On leaving we was offered a tour and history on the hotel by Micheal from Ontario this did make up for the poor experience of high tea .
This hotel in a great location but is let down by poor maintenance and poor land scaping it needs some investment from owners !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed the long weekend in Waterton National Park. It was a fantastic experience. Prince of Wales Hotel is an amazing place and has a wonderful view. The restaurant's menus were great. All employees were very helpful and friendly. The waiter(Megan S) who was assigned to our table give us a good service and was graceful.
