B	Benjamen Maklowich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself was very good for its purpose. Comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom, easy enough check-in and check-out process. Pricing was expected given the season and demand for space in Waterton. The only downside to the trip was the extremely excessive disturbances coming from suite #2 on Friday and Saturday nights. Likely an illegal excess of people in the room, and loud voices (laughing, screaming) and blaring music and TV until well past 2 a.m. both nights. There had to have been enough complaints from the surrounding suites (we put in our two cents to the front desk early Sunday morning) to have warranted management taking effective measures to quell the yahoo guests, perhaps even asking them to leave after multiple violations.

Upon arrival, I brought my small dog in with me as I usually do with a pet friendly rental. The front desk man was pretty rude about it. I also found his manners on the phone to be something else. The room was ok- price was ridiculous. Room was Pretty dated but location was excellent. Deer right out your door.

Upon arriving at the hotel we found out our room was not pet friendly and the cleaning fee would cost us $150! We did ask the manager if they would waive the pet fee or discount it as we were misinformed by Booking and were on our way home from BC to Calgary but she would not comply. As we didn't have a choice but take the room we stayed and agreed to the $150. I was however disappointed that the room was mediocre for a $200+ room and had no air conditioning! I also didn't realize until after we checked out that they taxed the $150 and applied hotel tax and levy fee so it actually came out to more than $163. Talk about misleading. Perhaps they should have offered me an invoice when I checked out so I could have addressed these extra fees with the manager, but I was not. Definitely won't be staying again as I do not like hidden fees and will warn other pet friends to find other accommodations as well.
S	Stefania on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely place to stay in Waterton. The beds, bathroom, and room were clean. Prime location. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The only downside is that the rooms do not have AC, which can be a problem during the summer (especially if you bring a pet). Overall, great experience.

And the pictures are very inaccurate as it was more like an old Highway motel. Better off to pay the difference for a comfortable stay in another hotel.

Plus we received a pet friendly room and we did not book one. We also found food left from a previous customer stay so clearly they did not have cleaner’s service. The carpet was damp and in front of the bathroom was wet.
