★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely site with a comfortable King sized bed and luxurious jetted tub as well as a roomy shower. If you have a very large car reconsider the secure basement parking as my husband damaged our flex trying to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was lovely. Close to downtown. Quick walk from the ferry and the room was perfect. So nice and private. Not noisy at all. Bus stop right outside. Host. Johnny was so nice and accommodating. They even left me balloons and a birthday card for my birthday. So personable. Will definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Great room, fabulous location. Negative: The logistics of getting in your room and parking are too complicated and virtually impossible without a cell phone. I know most people have one but not everybody does. I arrived a little early and had no idea how to proceed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: This small, charming hotel is in the perfect location to explore Victoria by foot. The room I stayed in, Renoir Retreat, had lots of character and was quiet and cool. The amenities were good for doing your own breakfast. Negative: I'm not a fan of the huge bathtub that took up lots of room, but I can see that for some, it would be an asset.

Will definitely stay here again over any other places in Victoria. Don’t waste your money on expensive hotels …Stay here !
The staff -Johnny and Noel were very welcoming and very attentive …They really took care of us!
