★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiance and I stayed at the Prince of Wales hotel for the first time and we were excited to dine in the Windsor Lounge. Unfortunately, they have the slowest and most unaccomodating service I've ever experienced. We had to get up from our table and go to the bar 3 times to order. We were very polite in ordering and we figured the servers might be really busy. But then we keep noticing that other tables who have ordered after us get their drinks before we do and they get to order more. We seem to be in the invisible table as no server was coming to us while other tables are getting served continuously. The last time we got up to order drinks they brought the wrong drink. Whenever we try to make eye contact to a server to get their attention so we can order they look away. Spent 2 hours in the lounge and due to their very slow service I only had 2 drinks and my fiance only got 3. Extremely disappointing experience.

Food. Or your standard pub fair. Good view and and friendly staff. Only 4 star because we had a few servers have problem over our 5 visits. Still 100% worth it.
