I had a very traumatic experience today with Dr. Daly. I'm a Registered Nurse in an intensive care unit and I've injured my back, and I came to the clinic for a doctors note for work, and was met with a very angry and frustrated outburst from Dr. Daly who appeared very annoyed/frustrated that I came for the 2nd time to him to get a note. He said "didnt I tell you to follow up with your family doctor?" The truth is, my family doctor's office has not been answering any of my calls for the past 2 months, which has been EXTREMELY frustrating for me, since I've had a back injury and been struggling to heal and get back to work. The only reason I was visiting this clinic is because its the only medical care I could access during my injury. Dr Daly wouldn't allow me to explain this, as he continued to tell me off for coming to him to ask for this note. He said "this is the last time I'm doing this". I'm sorry Dr. Daly, this was only the 2nd time I've seen you, and if a patient keeps returning to a walk-in clinic, there's obviously a reason why. It's not my fault that my family physician has been so hard to reach. Moreover, its been an extremely vulnerable time with being injured/sick, unable to work or earn, and needing to get doctors notes and paperwork for insurance purposes. I understand that walk-in clinics are busy, but yelling at a patient who is also dealing with anxiety and stress is EXTREMELY traumatic and unecessary. There is a MUCH better way to tell me that I need to follow up with a family physician. I am a Registered Nurse, and I too care for sick and vulnerable patients in an intensive care unit. I never yell/ express frustrations to my patients because I know that there is a power imbalance. I'm sorry Dr Daly, but the way you treated me shows me that you really aren't a very compassionate physician. You've caused more trauma and impaired my healing than helped it. *The only reason this review is 2 stars and not 1 is because I've had good experiences with Dr. Goyal and the reception staff. I'm grateful for the speedy quality of health care provided. I'm also grateful for the note that Dr Daly did give me, I am not entitled to anything, but I do believe all patients deserve to be treated with respect.*

Free healthcare is awesome, however I am unable to take advantage of it because the clinic forgot how to answer the phone. If you're looking to quickly get checked out by a doctor, I recommend flying to Switzerland to save you some time. Thanks for nothing!

I am trying to reach to the staff since yesterday just so that they can send my kids prescriptions to my nearest pharmacy, no one picks up the phone, just one time in multiple tries, one lady picked up the phone and asked me the fax number of the pharmacy and hang up, without giving me time to look for it, since then I am trying and no one even bothers to pick up the phone while still the clinic is open, I tried for more than 30 mins… may be they have good doctors but seriously they need good receptionist and other admin staff.. Poor very poor

My family has been at this walk in clinic for years. But over the years the administration has gone from bad to worse. Today we had an appointment for 10:50am, we got to see the doctor at 11:47am almost an hour. Some of the doctors are great and hence we still come here. But some of them don't understand medicine I guess. Diagnoses are not accurate.

Takes a fairly long time to call them because of the message at the beginning of the call (approximately 1 min 30 seconds). Good doctors, but everyone is always very busy, so generally I expect to only bring up one issue per appointment. If you come close to the opening on the weekends it doesn’t take long for you to get into a walk-in appointment, and you can walk around the store in the meantime.

I barely write reviews. But I am writing this This for Dr Dally. He has been my family doctor since 2018 and has never been disappointed for single time. He is very thorough and knowledgeable doctors i have ever known. I actually had to leave him because we moved to different city. I wish I could keep him my Family doctor forever. Thank you so much Dr Dally for your great service. He was the best for my babies as well

My son and husband see Dr Goyal (who is wonderful!) but I just come for walk in when I need. I have yet to have a bad experience. YES you might have to wait a little bit but the staff can not control how many people need to see a doctor. Please be understanding that the last two years have been brutal to the medical community.

I often brought my kids to this clinic before the pandemic, as we do not have a reliable family doctor. I consistently received excellent care from several doctors on staff. I’ve had a few phone appointments with this clinic since the pandemic that were far from helpful. One of the doctors was very rude. Today my daughter needed to see a doctor so I checked the website, it said the clinic opened at 10am. When I arrived at 11am they had a sign on the door saying they are not accepting walk-in patients and NOT to call them. How quaint. The door was locked. What a wonderful health care system we have.
