I don't know what people mean by poor service. He took my watch and changed the battery and asked for a fair price, on the spot. So what if he didn't smile?

Ruined my watch. He. Didn't. Care. I brought my Casio G-SHOCK in for a battery replacement. Great, quick. Then I took the watch for a swim (water resistant to 100m). I've been swimming with the watch for 5 years, already through 1 battery change. But this time, water got in. By the time I got to him to replace or repair, the watch had already rusted. Maybe I could be to blame for taking 2 weeks to bring watch in (his hours weren't compatible). He took it apart and told me the seal was good; which means the leak is because of his work. What irks me more that the bitterness of rusting out of an awesome watch was that he didn't even offer a refund of my $15 battery replacement tgat he bungled! Let alone taking accountability and replacing my watch. Zero for customer service experience and (shoddy) workmanship.

This shop is run by an honest to goodness old school watch/clock maker. There are not many places around that you can take an antique clock or watch and have it fixed up and running beautifully. Sandy Atmorrow is just the one for the job. I have brought him several clocks and watches over the last twenty years and he has done a wonderful job on all of them. Thank you Sandy!

My husband's watch stopped working, so I took it to London Drugs to replace the battery. They have a current rule that they cannot touch customers' watches but they could sell me a battery. I took it home but my small screwdriver was too large; I called Precision Time to see if they could replace it for me. The man said he only replaced batteries if I bought the battery from him. I said I had the battery, but would happily pay him to replace it as I didn't have the tools. He laughed and said he didn't care, and that he wouldn't replace it unless I bought another battery from him.

Beware! This man is a crook! He does not stand behind his work/honour his "warranty". No wonder he takes cash only & gives no receipt. I paid him $156 to service a clock, but then it would only run 3 days before stopping. I took it back right away on warranty. After 4 weeks of not hearing from him, I phoned him & he got snarky, said he was working on it. After 7 weeks, I finally went into the shop. He said it was running fine & no repairs were needed. Took it home & it was worse than before. Would only run a few hours before stopping. Sure, he's cheap, but you get what you pay for!

Brought in my orient Ray 2 to replace my scratched crystal, with one that was order along with the gasket. Just received it back and it leaked, damages the dial and movement. Save your money don't go here.

Came to have my Seiko 7002-7000 series dive watch to be serviced today and this elderly man who seems to be the owner came and tried to pull the crown, told him it is a diver with a screw down crown. He went for a set of pliers and was going to attempt to unscrew the crown when I politely spoke out to please don't use that on my watch, he snapped back rudely that I should not be telling him what to do since he has been doing this for so number of years. What bad manners, I told him he will not be touching my watch (my late dad's watch). A person with this attitude towards customers should not be in this kind of business where patience is a virtue, and besides it seems he doesn't know a thing about watches but change batteries on a quartz watch. Do not bring your mechanical time pieces to this con man. I am a serious watch collector and he just lost a client.
